a. What data is processed and for what purpose?

Each time content from the website is accessed, temporary data is stored which may allow for identification. The following data is collected:


  • Date and time of access

  • IP address

  • Hostname of the accessing device

  • Website from which the website was accessed

  • Subpages visited via the website

  • Visited page on our website

  • Notification of successful access

  • Amount of data transferred

  • Information about the browser type and version

  • Operating system


Temporary storage of this data is necessary for the website visit to function and to enable the delivery of the website. Further storage in log files ensures the functionality and security of the IT systems. These are our legitimate interests in data processing.


b. What is the legal basis for processing this data?

The data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.


c. Are there any other recipients of the personal data besides the controller?

The website is hosted by Hostinger, Švitrigailos g. 34, LT-03230 Vilnius, support@hostinger.com. The hosting provider receives the above-mentioned data as a processor.


d. How long is the data stored?

The data is deleted once it is no longer needed for the purpose of its collection. For data collected to deliver the website, this is the case when the session ends.
Log files are stored for max. 24 hours and are accessible only to administrators. After that, they are only indirectly available via backup restoration and are permanently deleted after max. four weeks.




3. Rights of the Data Subject


a. Right of Access

You have the right to request information under Article 15 GDPR about the personal data we process about you.


b. Right to Object

You have the right to object to processing for special reasons (see Section II below).


c. Right to Rectification

If your data is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right under Article 16 GDPR to request correction or completion.


d. Right to Erasure

You have the right under Article 17 GDPR to request the erasure of your personal data.


e. Right to Restriction of Processing

You have the right under Article 18 GDPR to request restriction of the processing of your personal data.


f. Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right under Article 77(1) GDPR to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority of your choice.

g. Right to Data Portability

If the conditions of Article 20(1) GDPR are met, you have the right to receive the data we process on the basis of your consent or a contract in a portable format and to have it transferred to another controller.
However, data collection for providing the website and storing log files is essential for operation and therefore not based on consent or a contract. Thus, Article 20(1) GDPR does not apply in this case.


II. Right to Object pursuant to Article 21(1) GDPR

You have the right to object, at any time and for reasons arising from your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The controller will then cease processing the data unless compelling legitimate grounds for the processing can be demonstrated that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or if the processing serves the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Data collection for providing the website and storing log files is strictly necessary for the website's operation.
